After talking about it for many, many years, I’m finally upping sticks and taking off round the world on a life changing adventure.
This blog is first and foremost intended as a way of sharing news with long-suffering friends and family (who are probably glad that they can now choose which actual travelling tales they tune into!).
Secondly, it’s a way for me to keep a diary of the next year and document the sights and sounds of the big trip.
Finally, as I go along, I hope to become a slightly less impractical nomad and be able to share some useful tips and tricks with any other inexperienced travellers that may be about to embark on a similar journey.
As a first time blogger and far from seasoned traveller, I’m not yet sure what lies ahead, but hopefully within posts readers will find something interesting, informative and may be even entertaining!
